This month, we're honored to recognize the Erickson family—Hollie, Jesse, Bedford, and Lincoln Erickson of Bourbonnais, Illinois. Through their platform, Wonderful Life With Bedford, they share their family's journey raising Bedford, who lives with Schwartz-Jampel syndrome, a rare genetic condition that limits his mobility. What started as a way to keep loved ones updated has grown into a powerful community that offers connection and hope to families navigating rare diagnoses, while inspiring others to embrace resilience.

Their impact extends far beyond social media. Through a partnership with Unlimited Play, the Ericksons have become passionate advocates for creating inclusive spaces where children of all abilities can play together. By sharing Bedford's story and rallying community support, they have helped raise funds and awareness for projects that make recreation more accessible and welcoming for everyone. Their efforts demonstrate how one family's journey can inspire lasting change and open doors for countless children and families.
